Chattanooga, Walk the Runway - No really. Lasers, Fog, DJed Dance Party, Bring that inner Superstar.

Do over 50 people party? YES! (cracks back and stretches, clutches a cup of water in one hand, and a coffee in the other). This past weekend my neighbor, walking buddy, and much junior friend (younger than my daughters) told me I was the most energetic and driven person she knew. I was surprised by that statement as I felt that I had really slowed down and my energy in my older years had dwindled substantially. She saw the look of surprise on my face and laughed, my mind went to the water, coffee, and scheduled yoga session that gets me started each morning. As my Yoga mentor, Missy Crutchfield advises me on the regular, "Change your perspective". She's 100% right! I can't compare myself with younger Darin, I'm just Darin, right now! I love a good dance party, in fact when I have fun I have MORE energy!

I giggled, and chatted on as we walked our multiple dogs and solved all kinds of world problems (not really just our own). During our walks we do talk about all kinds of things & stuff , lately my walking buddy is my sounding board, and waffle tester (more on that later) for the party I'm planning to celebrate my first book of a series on color theory, Find Your Strength, a love letter to orange.

I started writing the book ten years ago and recently launched it with the help of many mostly my daughter and contributing editor Elea. We decided to throw an Orange themed party - An ORANGEOUSLY Great Party!. We love a theme! We also love to dress up theme-minded. Immediately my twin daughters Blake, Elea, and I (namesakes of my cosmetic company elea blake cosmetics® and ebhues™ ) met for a brainstorming session. A party was birthed.

The Wrights have always loved a theme based party. I contribute this to my husband Doug who would always rise to the occasion of whatever celebration and go all out. The girls and I followed his inspiration with gusto. We have found that when people are given the opportunity to be creative they rise to the occasion in the most delightful ways. We wanted to celebrate our book launch, twenty six years in business, and YOU/HUE! Our entire business is bringing out the best in everyone and we want to have fun doing it!

We can't celebrate our guests without them being a part of the Orange Carpet show and competition. Why waste all that FABULOUS! Paparazzi, Glam Opportunity, Stealthy snaps - photogs. Emceed, Orangeously Great Guest Fashion Judges, DJed DANCE PARTY, Pop-Up Project Dance Performance.

Each guest is invited to be a part of the show, the OPENING SCENE! Bring your A GAME (ORANGEOUSLY great one) and be a part of the guest participation competition fashion show, it's the best way to show that we are all capable of fashion, wearing color, and being downright delicious at any age!
