“What Distracts You and You’re Not Even Mad About It?”

Thought: I was initially attracted to this GIF because, well… shiny object + dog. Obviously. But after watching it more closely, I started to feel like the dog might actually be in distress. Is it stressed for have been placed in the water while its back legs may or may not be easily accessible as they could be so snuggly inserted into the fish tail — which would mean it couldn’t swim if it needed to.
So now, instead of just enjoying a cute, sparkly dog moment, I’m mildly stressed about its well-being. I almost didn’t share it, but I figured I’d let you all weigh in.
Am I being overly dramatic and concerned (as I’ve been accused of), or does this seem a little questionable to anyone else?
