Use color for settling the soul.

My life revolves around color. I teach people how to use the power within for intentional use. I identify each person's power options within their specific hues and those that speak to them on a personal level. These options are always unique to them. Chromatherapy is an alternative medicine technique and is used as an aid for the healing of various disorders including anxiety and depression.
ebhues™, my color system, uses color intentionally with this concept in mind.
There has been so much unrest in the world in these past years. Recently women particularly have shared with me that they are feeling so lost and empty of joy being in a world without autonomy over their own bodies. Be it that you are a woman also feeling this way or are struggling with anxiety and depression for other reasons using color to ease these feelings can be very instrumental.
Simply meditating on blues, blue-greens, purple-blues, with pops of orange, and even magenta can offer healing to the mind and soul. The washes of colors offering transparency along with the richness of the hues provide balance and tranquil emotions to the surface. I particularly like the idea of adding pops of orange and magenta. This is how I use color in ebhues™ and how I suggest using these colors intentionally, Blues and blue-greens offer a feeling of trust and balance. Green offers hope in that it has the feeling of life and growth. Orange is for strength to press on. Purple-blue for the intuition of what is yours to do and how to persevere. Magenta for the ambition to make changes in your life or to stand for something you believe in.
